Terms of contract

1. Service provider

The service is offered by Vilafant Gestió SL, tax ID B65763526, with registered address at Rambla de l'Exposició, 45, 08800 Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona). Email: josep@mul.tax. Phone: 644 377 787.

2. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the mul.tax virtual assistants, based on artificial intelligence, in their free and paid plans.

The assistants' answers are generated automatically by an artificial intelligence system. They are general guidance and are neither an opinion nor personalised professional advice, except in plans expressly stated to include review by a professional.

3. Plans and prices

• Free access: a limited number of daily queries, which may be changed at any time.
• Pay-per-use or monthly subscription: according to the current rate published on each assistant's page.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The total price is shown before you confirm payment. Rate changes do not affect periods already paid and are notified to subscribers at least 15 days in advance.

4. Purchase and payment process

You purchase online: you choose the plan, accept these terms and pay through the Stripe payment platform. mul.tax neither sees nor stores your card details. You will receive confirmation and the invoice by email. The contract is concluded in Catalan or Spanish.

5. Term, renewal and cancellation

The monthly subscription renews automatically each month. There is no minimum term: you can cancel at any time by writing to josep@mul.tax or through the subscription management option. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving a reason (art. 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU). To exercise it, send an unequivocal statement to josep@mul.tax. We will refund the amount within 14 days at most, using the same means of payment.

Exception: under art. 103.m) TRLGDCU, you lose this right if, before paying, you expressly consent to the service starting immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This consent is given through the following checkbox, which must be ticked before payment:

“I request that access to the service begin immediately and acknowledge that, once performance has begun, I lose my right of withdrawal.”

You will receive confirmation of this consent by email.

7. User obligations

• Use the service lawfully, in accordance with these terms.
• Do not enter third parties' personal data or data not necessary for the query.
• Do not resell or transfer access, or use it in an automated or mass manner.
• Check the answers, especially deadlines and legal references, before using them.

8. Liability

Answers generated by artificial intelligence may contain errors or be out of date. Users decide at their own responsibility how to use them. Vilafant Gestió SL is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of automatic answers without professional verification, or for service interruptions beyond its control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights that the law grants to consumers on a non-waivable basis.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy and by the Virtual assistant section of the Legal notice. Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

10. Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction

You can send complaints and claims to josep@mul.tax. We will answer within one month at most. Official complaint forms are available to you, and you can also go to the Catalan Consumer Agency (Agència Catalana del Consum).

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
